United States: 7–21 business days

International Orders: 10–30 business days

Some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different warehouse locations.

Overseas Shipping & Customs

Some Alignment 911 products are sourced and shipped from overseas suppliers. Because of this:

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or international logistics issues.

Certain countries may charge import duties, customs fees, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Alignment911 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Alignment911 is not responsible for lost packages or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Alignment911 is not liable for carrier-related delays, lost packages, customs delays, or force majeure events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for additional assistance.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
